Back in 1972 or 73 Toyota owners used to get a small magazine with info about their cars. In one issue there was a small article on how to cook things like steak or potatos, wrapped in foil, on top of the engine. They even showed how many miles you'd have to drive to cook a particular item. I never tried it, but it sounded intriguing.

It didn't taste half bad, but it really bothered my mother. I never knew if it was the cooking on the engine part of the ingredients part!

I found a Thor(tm) Brand combination Clothes/Dishwasher from the '50s in a storage building once.
