But I tend to have my sheet and comforter pulled up almost over my head in a cold room. :) It's the only way I can sleep.

over 6 feet tall, so my feet really get jammed in the end if the sheets / blankets are tucked in.
Makes Mrs R. nuts, because she likes the opposite, but she's made the adjustment.

You two can rip up the bed and stick your damned feet out and trip each other and play The Clash until your damned heads fall off.
I'll stay in my tucked-in bed and live Clash-free.

If I can't stick them out, I cook.

I tend to sprawl in bed. My right leg is strange; it always falls off the bed completely during the night. Tightly tucked blankets don't stay that way when I'm around.
Hotel room service HATES me, I'm sure. :)

And I don't like them tucked in either. I like the way a made bed looks and I get very fussy about it when I wake up (hospital corners and smoothing everything down repeatedly) but when I get ready to go to sleep I pull the bed apart and lightly toss the sheet across me. That's all I like.

24. Crap. Then I must be the only one who likes tucked in sheets |
|
If my sheets aren't tucked in, they will inevitably become wrapped haphazardly around me, making me feel uncomfortable, and being much to the annoyance of any guests.

Never really occurred to me to actually tuck them..I don't think I've ever bothered to do that in my life..
I only use a fitted sheet and blankets though..no loose sheet..I don't understand the point and it just ends up wrapped around my neck.

If I can't get my feet out from under the blankets, I get real uncomfortable real fast. John It is now nine days, eight hours and 53 minutes to FUNDAY. And I have to get some sleep soon.

:hi:
I absolutely freaking hate it.
if I am staying at a hotel for more than a week, I ask the housekeeping supervisor to put a note on my room to not tuck the top sheet or blankets. It infuriates me to get into bed and not even be able to get leverage with my feet to kick them off! I have made beds in hotels, we tucked the shit out of those things!
Just staying one or two nights? First thing I do when I walk in is unmake the bottom of the bed, and then remake the bottom sheet, since it comes out when you pull the rest. (hotels usually use two flat sheets instead of one fitted and one flat)
edit: I didn't read the rest of the posts before I posted, funny how us 'untucked' have the same issues! I have to have at least one foot, if not both feet, out of the covers too.

45. if you sleep in a waterbed, nothing will ever be tucked in anyway |
|
so why bother. Although since we bought the Tempurpedic foam topper for the waterbed, at least the bottom sheets stay in. I just pull the quilt up over the mattress in the morning (keeps the cats from digging around the edge of the mattress)
