KGs computer question of the week |
|
in reference to volume control - if you use your computer for a stereo system like i do, you find there are 3 volume controlers - one in the windows system, one on the player program, then one attached to the speakers themselves.
so, where should the first two controlers be set for best sound? i got them both on full and use the speaker controler to adjust volume.

Windows on 50%
Player on 50%
Speakers on whatever I feel comfortable with.
It's the best for sound and for least distortion that I've found..

2. Turn up the speakers... |
|
and turn up the master to full. Then, turn the "wave" control up until it is loud enough. That is the preamp stage and you can overload it.
