Help me with some birthday stuff.

My husband's car club is going on a road trip on Saturday. This is a yearly event where they have a car show, a barbecue, etc. It happens to be his birthday too. A couple of other car members and I have arranged that during the barbecue the band will play happy birthday and sing to him and we will have a cake. While we are at the barbecue I have someone who is going to decorate his car with balloons and probably fill up the trunk with balloons so they pop out when opened. The lady that is making the cake is wondering what to put on it and of course I can't think of anything witty or funny. Also we might either write some on the car window or make a sign. Seen any funny birthday sayings or gags we could do?

Or maybe a white cake with a barcode on it (like generic) and just "BIRTHDAY" above it... maybe his name in place of the barcode digits. I think *I* could decorate that!

(or floating from the antenna) might be fun. I have no idea where to get one. Where is Bud Bundy when you need him?
