being very artistic but is that what you are looking for in a warning poster. Of them all I think first two are the most effective because they are so strange they will catch your attention the most.

because nine times out of ten you are going to see those posters while on the move. It probably has a fraction of a second to grab you attetion and another second to tell you what it wants to tell you. Of the four though they are sick and disturbing they are the most effective. The other two are far too subtle.
