I'm back on DU, folks. I was away the past three months because I was trying to survive the remainder of my hellish spring semester, which was horribly disrupted by an eviction and subsequent move to a new place.

So, what lurid details did I miss? Flame wars, any notorious or notable posters get tombstoned, in-jokes, etc? Any notable DU'ers leave for whatever reason? Are we still doing "ask me anything" or copycat threads or are they passe?
