1. I am competitive...
I admit it. Everyone in my family is the same way. I used to be MUCH MUCH worse...I've learned to tone it down a bit over the years. I can at least pretend to be a good sport about losing now. :)

7. sure does.
I can be easygoing but later irritable. Optimistic but then depressed. Competitive then reflective.

I think something is wrong with me...

3. Optimistic...just call me "Pollyanna"
If I could see no hope at all, I don't know WHAT I'd do!

something different may happen next time. I'm feeling hungry right now...

6. Determined.
Once I set out to accomplish something there will be no stopping until I see it gets done. A very good trait to have if you live in a very red state. Also known, in my case anyway, as a family trait of stubbornness.

15. I prefer to call it "dogged." LOL. It can be quite handy.
Our type perseveres after others have given up. We're marathoners, while many others run sprints. It's a good tool to have, if you are self-aware about it.

:D

16. It sure is
although it took me a long while to learn how to use it. It is funny now that when I show up and am confronted by my adversaries they often roll their eyes and say, "You again?" Staying power has always been a good thing, no?

I'll quit when my heart does.

14. I Went With Determined
I was torn between that and optimistic. I tend to be an optimist, but i went with determined because:
1) I have a need to be good at everything i do, but i don't measure myself against others. I measure myself against myself. So, it's not competitive, it's just a need to get better all the time.
2) I don't surrender. Something is hard. Well, then i'll just work a little harder at it.
3) I have gotten through almost 11 years with MS, and if that doesn't take determination, i can't guess what would.

I'm still reflective, but I'd say these days, determined wins out by an edge.
