I usually enjoy it plain because it's flavor stands alone. I never add sprinkles ... perhaps a little fruit,granola or chocolate syrup ... but never sprinkles.

sprinkles are evil! Some fruit is permitted, indeed a simple blueberry sauce (just heat blueberries with a splash of water until they become a sauce) is wonderful.

Even better, home-made cardomom ice-cream - absolutely gorgeous, except when you eat one of the pods by accident.
