Or is it OK to kill some things?

Most people would not support the flesh-eating bacterium . . .
. . . or Ebola or smallpox, for that matter.

My tentative answer: no.

3. Lately, I've been apologizing to God every time I squash a bug
I'm not exactly sure why. Maybe my subconscious is trying to hedge my bet.

6. I do the same thing.
Don't know when it started exactly.

If I can put the bug outside, I do.

I don't want to bring pain to any living thing.

7. Yes, all life is sacred, and yes it is OK to kill things.
We must kill in order to live, whether it is a salad or a steak or whatever. But all life is sacred, and that is why acknowledgement should be made of the gift being given to us by the life that has been given to transform in order to nourish our own. It is good to be thankful for all our daily gifts.

Since nothing is really ever lost, everything always remains. It just changes. The water I drink was once in the bodies of dinosaurs, and an atom in my body may once have been in the rust on a Viking's sword.

God = transformation. The power is in this.

10. It had damn well better be, or we'll all just have to curl up and die.
After all, there are those poor bacteria that you inhale every time you breathe, and your immune system just offs the innocent little fuckers before they even have a chance to live out their tiny lives in peace...
