which has been going on all day, while my TV turned to the Weather Channel is telling me during it's local forecast breaks that's it's actually sunny out here instead.

That, in essence, describes what's going on in Iraq today.

2. When I drove to work earlier this week, I listened to a weather report

that said 20% chance of rain. It was pouring so hard my wipers were exceeding their capacity and some cars were pulling over to the side of the road to wait it out. I hear ya.
