Poll question: Roger Waters or David Gilmour?
I swing back and forth between the two, I love them both.

6. No,I agree with you
Gilmore any day. Waters has been hacking out the same old tripe for years. His father died in The War, you know...

9. Don't make me choose!!!!!!
David -- what a guitar player and he has two of the greatest R&R quotes ever:

Engineer: David, we are getting some feedback.

David: Feedback, where the hell would R&R be without feed back.

When asked if Floyd would tour:

I am too old, too fat and too rich.

The rumor around here was they might re-unite for Live 8. Both Waters and Gilmour said they would work together for something like Live Aid and with Geldoff (sp) on board -- who knows it might happen. I know I will be watching it.

But, no I cannot choose between Gilmour and Rogers. Floyd is nothing without those two working together.

13. Gilmour.
Pink Floyd is often criticized as overly formal or cold. Gilmour belies that, however, with almost every note. With his or Waters' deadpan singing, Gilmour's guitar screams the emotions that aren't sung. Very neat mix.
