The Saturday morning Arlene thread |
Arlene is supposed to coast in this afternoon. Just about in my back yard. 3.5 to 5.5 foot storm surge. Great. Right now it's windy out of the north and raining. Gulf Coasters: What's happening in your neighborhood?

5. Arlene hits coast at 4 p.m. CDT |
Based on current speed and direction. Looks like it's headed straight for me. Water's up to dock level on the bay now. Winds still out of the north. When the wind turns south the water will start to pile up. Some rain. Not so bad yet. Laid in emergency supplies, case of Scotch, case of soda, etc. ;-) I'll check in a 4 if we have power.
