A few of us got together early Saturday evening for the first informal "east meets west" DU gathering. Thanks to meegbear for getting this idea off the ground - it was great to finally meet all of you! :hi:

Finally, a hello to Jack Rabbit and MaryBear - it was great to meet you both! It's a shame I don't have more time this morning to provide a few details about our party but I know if I don't get these photos posted now, they'll languish on the hard drive and never be seen!

After the party, I walked by city hall. "The Black and White Ball" was just beginning and the entire civic center was 'lit up'. Please note how our city hall is both blue and has a slight lean to the left! I love it here. :D
