14. ok-try this simple method-

it's also so simple that you could bring it with you on your vacation and it's great for alleviation.

Simply boil water (or grab some really hot water from the faucet), place it in a container (large enough that you can place your face over it), add a few drops of an essential oil (I suggest teatree, spearamint or wintergreen (peppermint if you can handle it), place your head over the container with a cloth of some sort over your head, and breathe. This should open up your sinuses and your head cold in no time.
Though it doesn't work the most efficiently as a cure-all, if you spend three minutes, a few times a day doing this, hopefully you'll see some beautiful results.
