I am going to be making some major changes today
Starting today - no snacking between meals.

And no snoozing the alarm clock for an hour past wake-up time.

Any changes for you?

3. You hit snooze for an hour?
It's a good thing you're not sleeping with me, or I'd have shot you long ago.

6. My girlfrind hits snooze thirty or forty times every morning...
Edited on Tue Jun-14-05 03:44 PM by aeolian
...and she wakes up right around the time that the local news station is doing international news. Which means every 4 minutes, I'm treated to a few seconds of natural disaster, war, monetary collapse, and George W. Meanwhile, I'm just trying to get back to sleep 'cause my alarm doesn't go off for another half hour.

ALL BEFORE MY COFFEE!!! :nuke:

9. I do the same thing - I need a lot of noise to get up - over and over
I know it drives my boyfriend crazy, but otherwise, I'd fall back asleep and not get up for work. :-(

11. Ditto on the alarm clock
Though I sometimes keep changing it for up to three or four hours since I don't really "have" to get up at the original time.

As soon as my fridge gets here (dorming--mini fridge) I'm going on a diet and exercise program. Those are my changes, starting today :)
