Arrrrgh. My house sale is falling apart.... grrr, grrrr, grrrr.
Allegedly the seller's bank is balking over the appraisal and price that it came in at. ALLEGEDLY.

I have a suspicion that the buyer's agent might have mucked something up, or else the buyer's aren't qualified after all, but my agents don't know how to find something like that out for certain.

So I've spent 45 days packing, cleaning, getting ready to leave; ( hae almost 40 boxes packed, ready to ship, and 4 pieces of furniture left in the house to 'live' on.

My husband has given notice on his job for a leave of absence and has rented out his apartment to people from France here on holiday.

My daughter is registered for school in September -- in FRANCE, but we may not be there.

And, worst, I'm now 2 payments late on the existing mortgage since we were supposed to close tomorrow and the demand in to finish off the note. Now I have to make that up.

Grrr. Grrrr. Grrr. Grrr.

Suggestions? Any one know RE law as it pertains to this?

I only get to keep their deposit if they're at fault...
