As to the type of tea - depends on my mood.

Various types of green tea (no milk), Earl Grey (in warm weather, no milk, slice of lemon), Darjeeling (depends on my mood, either very light with no milk, or somewhat darker with milk), Assam (with milk), Ceylon (with milk).

7. Other loose tea!

After ten years in England - many, many years ago - I became a convert to loose tea. Specifically Typhoo. It's cheap, it's strong and it's tasty. And the tea leaves can be thrown into the garden around rose bushes and they seem to like it.
Bags just don't make tea strong enough.
