"They even have sex to burn calories"...today on Dr. Phil.... |

"Dangerous Diets". What womaen would do to lose weight. I keep telling my wife that if I could relive my life over, I would be a hermit.

14. Crucial info left out |
|
This was a show about women with eating disorders. IIRC, the woman who said that also tossed her cookies about 60 times a day.
Also, the context of that quote was that she had sex with her husband who was a total scumbag that cheated on her, solely because it burned calories.
That? Is fucked up.

And if it's vigorous enough to raise your heartrate to your target range and keep it there for at least 20 minutes, then you've got your aerobics in!

11. That girl was very, very sick! |
|
She needs lots of help. I only saw like 10 mins. of it before I went to work. She would smoke and do drugs even though she hated it in order to lose weight.

13. It's best to exercise every day...for at least 20 minutes. |
|
You have to "warm up" first. Then, you have to "cool down" when your "session" is over. Don't forget to stretch...you don't want to pull anything. Or do you? Nevermind.
