Is there a Braum's Ice Cream store in your state? |
|
Just wondering how far is their reach? The milk is good and does not spoil for a long time. The ice cream is tasty but I'm afraid it has a lot of additives.

I grew up in Texas where it was practically a tradition, but the additives were just horrible.

I've never heard of them; so maybe not...I need to stay out of that sort of place anyhow! I have 20 more pounds to lose!

6. Okay. Let me give you the scenario! |
|
Like a huge soda fountain that used to be in drug stores with dip ice cream, toppings, banana splits, malts, bla bla bla. But they also sell fast food, like burgers and chicken strip dinners, and stuff. There are also rows of freezers where you can buy gallons of multiples of flavors of ice cream and sorbet.
Lately, they have been adding grocery sections with bacon, beef, chicken, vegetables, frozen pizzas, peanut butter, cottage cheese, bags of chips, butter, frozen lasagna, salads . . . .
They're a MONSTER! Beware.

7. Sounds entirely too wonderful! Are you trying to undermine my |

weight loss regimen? Such a place is the work of the devil for me...I have very little willpower in monster places like that...

4. Oh, yeah. But I'm in Texas. |

Great burgers, milk cheaper than at the grocery store, and I love the soft-serve frozen yogurt in a waffle cone!

10. Oh, god, I love and miss Braum's |
|
Nothing like a Braum's limeaid on a hot Texas summer's day.
Braum's ships all of their dairy products from Oklahoma, so you will only find them within a few hours of drive time from that state.
