Oh man, one of my friends just had her baby 2 months premature

I just found out that one of my friends had her baby late last night, she was only 25 weeks along. While I know that children that are this premature live all the time, the baby, a little boy that she named Evan, is in still in critical condition.

I just wanted to pray for her and little one, so every one that reads this could you think good thoughts for them.

2. My son's classmate's mother works at a NICU at OHSU

She helped a 25 week baby born just under 1 lb. The boy survived and is now 5 lbs. and doing better. There is hope. :hug:

3. I was two months premature

and breach at that, fell out on a sidewalk at ten o'clock at night 48 years ago weighed around a pound, the doctor drove me to the nearest hospital fifty miles away over bad roads, and i'm here to bitch today, if that can be of any comfort.
I hope your friends baby does okay, medicine has came a hell of a long way since then.
