I hook it in the front and then situate it the right way. I undo it the same way. I have always did it this way since my parents made me wear one in the sixth grade.

16. Actually, yvr girl, I used to struggle with this myself....UNTIL....

I discovered the JOYS of the front-hook bras! So much easier, and quicker too...not that I'm in any sort of hurry, here...And it's much easier on my shoulders as well (I have bony spurs in both shoulders). I haven't worn any back hook ones in several years, and I'm so much happier...
