I heard his version of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" a couple of months ago -- it actually gave me the chills it was so powerful.

THAT is a fantastic album.
A few of my favorites cuts are "Cigarettes & Chocolate Milk" , "Shadows" , a cover of his dad's song, "One Man Guy" and John Lennon's "Across the Universe". Treat yourself to that album.
His most recent release, "Want One" is just as good.
Just saw his dad, Loudon W III in concert this week. Damn fine musician!

His version is great. There was a whole CD of Beatles covers with that on it, and it was the best.

I just didn't like it. In fact, the only cover I liked on that CD was Ben Harper's Strawberry Fields.
Like I said, like his voice, hated the song.
