That was an adventure. :) One's got a bit of a heart murmur, one needs eardrops, and one has wee ulcers in her mouth. (The one with the murmur might also have a urinary tract infection, but we're waiting on the results.)

In general, not a bad result. Small problems, really. And they've got these new treats designed to have pills put in them. Neat.

1. did you have to take out a loan to pay for it

vet charges in my area are horrendous (just had my cat to the vets, and I'm not over the price shock yet)

glad you got good results.

4. Thought I might...
Around $305. But that was including a $30, 18 lb. bag of food, and $20-something worth of treats. On the other hand, that's it for the year.

3. Luckily, they have pretty short-term memories...
They forget the trauma pretty quickly. :)

5. Congrats for making it through!
Glad to hear that they're all okay, too!
Our Dr. always schedules two appointments for our 4. There's no way that I could get them all there at the same time. They won't go in a carrier. If I tried, i'd have to start like a week before just to try and get them in there! We have harnesses & leashes. That they don't mind...go figure. I take mine 2 at a time.

6. I usually try to make it an annual event as well.
And w/ as many critters as I have, it is always a scheduled adventure!
