The tAo TE Ching for today by Iching
This is the number that came up for today #44
Of course it is only around 3800 years old.

#44

IF a country is governed with tolerance,
the people are comfortable and honest.

If the country is governed with repression,
the people are depressed and crafty.

---

When the will to power is in charge,
the higher the ideals, the lower the results. Try to make people happy,
and you lay the groundwork for misery.
Try to make people moral,
and you lay the groundwork for vice.

___

Thus the Master is content
to serve as an example
and not to impose her will
She is pointed, but doesn't pierce
Straightforward, but supple.
Radiant, but easy on the eyes.

My son got a job with the International Red Cross in Europe this week
(Denmark)
computer, tech, language and political. (I am proud)

A picture of my son: (and his future wife?)

ready to actually march in the streets: Their lives will have to get a hell of a lot more miserable then they are now. Too many people still fat and complacent, even though they are complaining.

4. thanks alot,
He was born in Texas at home with 4 midwives.
At the birth,I pulled him out and placed him in a large container of water,
still with the cord attached,
A relative recent russian therapy.
( it is suppose to ease the trauma of the childbirth, scientifically )

He's a mellow but strong man

Sounds like a twist on the LeBoyer method.

At the time it was first introduced some women actually delivered underwater...in a pool of warm water.
