Seriously: I am SO bored this summer... what do I do???
I am a 23 years old college student and currently taking 1 class this summer session. Hopefully I'll be graduating in may of 2006.

I haven't really been doing much except going to class and watching TV.

How do I get out of this rut?

Peace,

6. Get a love life...preferably with someone who's emotionally dysfunctional
That'll screw your life up big time and definitely not be boring!

Or you could just have a few beers, play cards with friends, read cheap fiction and go camping. Whatever gets you through...

4. My Summer is Completely Boring Too....
I am a 15 year old High School student in Ohio. My plan for this summer was to go to DC and fly for the first time but i dont think that will be happening, I just got my permit though.

The only thing I have to look forward to is DU getting my license.

5. Learn how to play an instrument
learn a language (the more exotic the better!).

Play a sport as pickup with an informal group of people. I've started playing 'pickup' soccer with a group of espanolhablantes (Latinos) recently and its really, really fun.

Organize a political group.

Read a book on a subject you don't know much about (I would suggest the Second Punic War for history, or perhaps delve into knowledge of a different culture - India, China, Africa or otherwise).

Learn to break dance! Start a martial art. Listen to music you've never been exposed to before. Take a chance with a few people you want to get to know. Start to write a novel.

....Anyway, those are just some suggestions.
