3. I had the pleasure of seeing them in 1978

at the Los Angeles Funk Festival along with Bootsy's Rubberband, Rick James, Bar Kays, Confunction, Cameo and a few more acts. It was pure un-cut funk. After Funkadelic's set, my ears were ringing for days.

5. got to see "Steel Pulse"

a week ago @ the State Theatre in Fairfax VA. Had an AWESOME time in a very mixed crowd. No problems and lots of new friends.
