do you mind if I post a lethargy rant?

How, exactly, does one rant while in the throes of one of the worst fits of lethargy in her life? Oh, lord, there is SO much housework to do, and if I don't do some I fear my beloved mate will grow resentful. But my head hurts, I feel like I'm gonna barf, and I just can't feature myself doing anything but sitting in my chair, reading and napping, all day.

I have had no energy for years, but the last few months have been very, very, VERY bad. I began to write a private essay, the premise of which is "I need energy to handle the cats." I took on the responsibility for a feral colony, but have been unable to do anything but feed them for weeks. I've missed three spay/neuter clinics in a row. That's bad.

And I fear alienating my baby.

But I just can't see myself getting up off my ass today.

No response necessary. Sometimes I need to get my thoughts out into the cosmos. Thanks for reading.

I do know two of the things that cause this, though, and for one there is a sure fix. But I am too lazy to do it. :shrug:
