Finally submitted my medical school applications! |
|
After having essentially gone to college twice (I was a history major as an undergrad) I have just a moment ago finally sent in my medical school applications! To 31 schools!
Anyway, I hope everyone keeps their fingers crossed for me--I've got everything about me riding on this...

3. Here is some inspiration for you |
|
I wish you the best of luck. And I sincerely hope you are accepted to a school the first time!
Med schools like to have diverse student body (backgrounds). So your history major background could be a plus in your applications, and you can also use as a "teaching moment" to your classmates!

And yes, I think my history degree will actually help differentiate me from some of the other candidates.
Thanks for the well wishes!

9. That history degree is going to come in handy . . . |
|
. . . . Especially in class, when they get to the blood-letting and using Leeches part. ;)
But seriously, congratulations!

I did indeed take the MCAT last april--that's a seriously long test. I think I was there for about 11 hours!
