My boss has taken the afternoon off, ask my anything.
In normal circumstances this would mean that I can do no work all afternoon - but given that I do not work all afternoon anyway it just means that I don't have a moderately irritating, yet gossip ridden, person sitting in my office with me.

3. Ahhhh, that's the secret.
I said "ask my anything" not "ask about my anything" so you have to discover what my anything is before you can ask it.

It's too early/middle/late in the day to think! :D

16. I would never be so beastly
Thinking is profoundly unhealthy.

We should do what Lounge Lizzards are best at - being rude about neo-cons, being even more rude about G.D., extreme and extensive flirting, and worshipping the leader of our particular clique (not that we have cliques in the Lounge).

19. I'll second that.
Cheney's a douchebag. Those tinfoilers in GD are nutjobs. Is that a gun in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me? Hail all mighty and powerful Kleeb!

I feel better already! :P

2. You ever had one of those "wrap around" boogers?
You know the ones that feel like they run back up your nose and directly into the sinus?

One of those ever had one of those?

The length of the deposit in the tissue has been very long at times.

6. No.
Being male things are tad more obvious and more difficult to fake.

8. To be entirely honest
I've never even tried to fake one; without getting too delicate, I just assumed that other factors would be rather apparent.

13. Yeah...
I didn't wanna get that delicate with the guys I was speaking with... however I know I usually don't... um... inspect to check if someone's not been honest.

11. Just intra-company stuff
Mainly beastliness about other folk whom we don't like; but she knows precisely who's dealing in which drugs, who's only still got a job because they slept with their boss, or are closely related to one of the directors.

I'm sure she could recount all forms of well-known celebrity gossip (by which I mean that the gossip is well-known rather than the 'celebrity') too - but when she starts I suddenly become motivated to do some work.

15. Shared office
I rummage round on her desk loads - if I need something and she's downstairs gossiping. She knows this and doesn't mind, she wouldn't notice if a small explosion took place there either.

18. Right now
Because it's after 10 p.m.

During the day because I can complete my work in a small fraction of the time available and I see nothing wrong with being on the internet given that I do it less than my boss.
