Hey, I'm looking for a good free anti-virus program. Anyone have any experience/suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.

Being a complete smartass, I'd say Apple's OSX is your ticket, but it's not freeware by any stretch (though with the Mac Mini starting at $499, it's not as expensive as it used to be, and it's well worth it.) There are zero viruses for the Mac at this point, and not (as some believe) because of their relatively small market share. An OSX virus is the holy grail for hackers. The first one to successfully deploy an OSX virus would be a legend. OSX is simply fundamentally more secure than Windows.

That being said, check out this link for free PC antivirus and firewall products: http://www.firewallguide.com/freeware.htm

And never, ever open attachments that you don't recognize, especially any ending in .vbs or .exe.

Cheers!
