Edited on Mon Jun-20-05 02:51 PM by chickenscratching
did you know.... "An aspiring writer, Kristofferson earned a Rhodes Scholarship to Oxford University (Merton College, Oxford) after previously attending Pomona College. Students of Merton College later voted that the college should erect a statue of Kristofferson, naked astride a motorcycle of his choice, in Front Quad but funds were never made available" ??

You can learn more about http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kris_Kristofferson">Kris Kristofferson, if you want.

What's your favorite Mr. K fact?
Are you so small like me that you only remember Mr. K from Big Top Pee Wee?

11. I loved that too

It was at a Dylan tribute concert. He was the emcee. Sinead was supposed to sing "Boots of Spanish Leather," I think, but when she came on stage the crowd booed her so much she was intimidated. KK came out and put his arm around her and pulled her away from the mike. I figured he was telling her to ignore the idiots. Eventually she had her band play "War."

Kris Kristofferson could quite possibly be the world's ultimate male.

BTW, "Sunday Morning Coming Down" is one of the greatest songs EVER written. And no one performed it better than Mr. John R. Cash.
