8. There is more to this than what this report is saying. Two

surprise visits and only unsanitary conditions and a dead mouse in the hallway? Seems that there should be a lot more than those violations that obviously didn't affect their ability to continue operating. It is also an example of the conditions some areas force women to use to undergo a legal medical procedure. It serves a purpose, but not for choice. I would be interested to know if this clinic has any competition either in location or cost. Also why would this clinic be allowed to continue to function for as long as it has? Would someone doing heart bypass surgery be doing surgery still if they were conducting business in a similair fashion? Of course not.
