For those of you who are fans of Jim Thirlwell, industrial music, theramin, Zappa, goth, or anything in-between, it's just....wow!

As far as I know, it's only available via mail-order, through http://www.birdmanrecords.com ... but it's so worth buying, "sight-unheard". Features the wonderful Jennifer Charles of "Elysian Fields", and the primadonna of the theramin, Pamelia Kirstin.

And while you're at it, check out "Ectopia", by Foetus side-project "Steroid Maximus".

Why this man isn't the most acclaimed modern composer of the 21st Century is beyond me. So many musicians, from Trent Reznor to John Zorn, owe Jim Thirlwell at least a tip of the hat.
