And what's all this CRAP I'm hearing about TOLERANCE? |

No, but, seriously.
Anyway, I think my neighbor just had a fight with the guy who lives across from our building. They were yelling right outside, and when cops came, and the guy across from us says, "I see that kid you've got in there! You're doing that in from of him?" I really want to know what that was about.
After all, my neighbor is frequently in the laundry room in his underwear.
Edit: I can't type.

3. We call him "Underwear Man." |
|
We sing a song to the tune of "Nowhere Man" every time we see him walking to the laundry room.

5. I have a feeling that the guy across the street might have called them. |
|
When they showed up to break up the argument, the officers didn't escort either of the guys away, and the guy across the street just kept talking to them once Underwear Man went back inside the building.

6. ain't apt life grand @ times... |

i think too many people want other people to be 'tolerant' of their odd or bullshit behavior and that is where the line becomes drawn though @ it's base, your post is too reminiscent of a bad, short bag dope deal gone off the hook somewhere
the aspersion as to some sort of child endangerment is a serious one however & goes rather beyond any notion of acceptance/tolerance imo
