I just started a thread, after hearing you had to do like 1000 posts to get the privilege.

My next post will hopefully contribute to the discussion of current events in an intelligent and insightful way.

This was a test. Who knew?

3. I started my first thread with about 90 posts under my belt

I've seen several people start threads with single digit numbers to their credit.

4. I registered around selection time

Lots of trolls then, so you couldn't start a thread until you had many posts under your belt. I don't remember how many I had, but I'm pretty sure I was over 300.
