1. Cheer up. Where I am we are thankful for the Colorado Rockies
Because if it weren't for the hapless Rockies, we'd have two last place teams in the Bay Area.

2. That's an improvement
From a team that hasn't won a World Series since 1908 to a team that hasn't won one since 1917. Of course, there was that one in 1919 that just got away.
