Not that I should question this at all, since it is such good news, but....


I have terrible luck w/ windshields. I drive a lot of highway miles and at least once every 18 months, (for a while it was once a year) I have to replace the windshield.

The last time I replaced the windshield, I had glass coverage on my insurance. I remember the statement from the glass company saying they billed my insurance $900 for a windshield replacement.

This time, no insurance. I'm bringing the car in on Friday. I have a quote from the glass people: $218.19--installed.



So, if you're wondering why automobile insurance is so expensive--wonder no more.
