Uses for my Cherry Balsamico rich balsamic dressing
A treat I got myself from a gourmet food shop. Made from the finest Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes grown in the Modena region of Italy yet. ;)

What shall I try it on? :)

1. Marinate some berries with the vinegar and some sugar.
You could put that over some vanilla ice cream if you really want to be decadent.
