"BUSTED!!"

I am teaching summer school. Today I went outside about 10 minutes before school was out to help with dismissal. There were 6 or 7 buses at the curb and the drivers were all standing on the sidewalk by one of the buses talking while they waited for the kids to get out of school. They were maybe 20 or 30 feet away from where I was. The drivers were talking about something that their boss had said to one of them and the conversation got kind of heated. I heard "fuck" and "shit" about a dozen times.

There were also a bunch of parents walking down the sidewalk who were coming to school to pick up their kids. Many of them had little ones in strollers or by the hand. I watched while a mom with one little one in a stroller and one at her side walked by the group of bus drivers as one of the drivers said (loudly) "I told that bitch that I wasn't going to fuckin put up with her shit anymore"

The look on the mother's face was priceless. I wish I had a camera. She stopped, turned around and just glared at this group of bus drivers. They kept on talkin and cussin, oblivious to this parent who looked like she was ready to call the dirty words cops.

I wanted so badly to yell "BUSTED". But instead I smiled as the mom made a beeline for the principal as soon as she saw her come out the door of the school. :)
