1. It's safe, doncha know, but the industry needs laws to protect it from |
|
lawsuits... check*
NAFTA will be good cuz American producers need a level playing field sos they can sell to the 40,000,000 consumers in Central America... check**
Tax cuts did things for the US economy sos we needs ta make 'em permanent... check***
Get yer own insurance and do it on the internet...check****
* if it's so safe, why do they need laws to protect the industry from consumer lawsuits?
** A) What American producers? There may be producers here, meaning the suits making the decisions, but the workers MAKING the products are not here. B) The consumers in Central America are paid a pittance, worked extremely long hours and often abused. How much can they really by? When do they have time to shop?
***The tax cuts did something for the economy, all right! They destroyed it! The rich are doing well but the $$ they save is NOT being re-invested in activities which create more jobs, well not jobs HERE anyway! Yeah, like we wanna make THAT permanent! Fucker!
**** Ah, you're all for 'state's rights' so long as it is just a code word to bigots that ya all understand them and agree with them. But when it comes to states having the rights to regulate businesses like, oh, say, INSURANCE companies, you want to encourage an environment where the companies can do what they damned well please and state regulators have their balls cut off.
Havocmom throws a yellow hankie, blows her whistle and calls a foul of total bullshit on the chimps antics today...
