My band (The New Kings of Rhythm, www.newkings.com) are playing a gig (almost a concert, really) at the Coatesville Cultural Society. Some who live in and around the area might say such a thing is an oxymoron, but it's pretty cool.

It's a "just for fun" coed rec league softball game. But my buddy is coaching third shouting "down!" and my other buddy who is on the bench cuz he injured his ribs last week laying out for a catch is yelling "slide!" Time to put the softball experience into it's proper perspective: an excuse to go out and have a couple beers with my friends every Monday night after work.
