Inflation and the Tooth Fairy

It's been a long time since I had to stick money under a pillow. How much does a tooth go for these days?

2. We added a foreign coin with a dollar

We told the kids that it was the coin from the last stop the fairy made. They had to leave a penny with the tooth and the next kid the fairy went to got their coin.
