We just had the BEST dinner.

I joined this 'cooking co-op' kind of thing in my neighborhood, where 12 people get together one evening and put together 12 meals each that are freezer ready. Two of my friends shop for the ingredients and do all the prep work, and we pay them a pretty reasonable sum.

So far, I have done it for three months and the meals have been fabulous. Tonight we had this incredible Tilapia Lemon Parmesan. It was absolutely delicious.

Anyway, just wanted to share.

cooked in about 5 minutes. And, if you google it, the recipe comes right up and it looks really, really easy.

I just got a new stove because the other died, so I am sort of into the cooking thing these days.

13. tomorrow is my birthday....

and it was celebrated last night w/some friends. Like a fool, I suggested at another friend's birthday that we should throw pies at him, and someone ended up doing so. Thus, last night he got his revenge :P

the sad part is, I stayed up so late and drank so much, that I had to come directly to work today, late, with dried-up pie in my hair :silly:
