Kung Fu Hustle: Who else saw and enjoyed this?

I loved it, wife hated it, said it was a "guy movie" sigh. But then she hated "Swingers" for the same reason...

1. I loved it! I saw "Shoalin Soccer," too.

Steven Chow seems to have a lot of good movies. I want to see "God of Cookery" next.

Things I loved in Kung Fu Hustle:

-All fight scenes but particularly the one with the blind zither/harp playing assassins with the weapons/ghost warriors coming out of each musical note... Very creative and cool...

-The "Scroll of the Buddhist Palm": flashback where after the bullies whiz on the hero and tear up his book, he makes his life choice to be a bad guy... and then...

-The most perfect follow up scene to that at the end of the movie where he gets to actually use the Buddha Palm move to kick major bootay... too rich...

but a friend had free tickets.
