from our last cantaloupe a week or so ago...this afternoon 8-10 plants popped to the surface....in a month or so we'll have fresh, homegrown cantaloupe....mmmmmmMMMMMMMmmmmmm...a dab of (no)salt and a couple dashes of pepper.....wonderful.....

As I am no longer allowed to post double-entendres, I shall simply post flamebait.
Take a cold, ripe melon of your choice, cut it in half and scoop out the seeds.
Fill the hole with ice cream, bananas, and whatever to make a sundae in its own edible bowl.
Cocoa Puffs are healthier and tastier than multicolored sprinkles.
