Who's watching Wimbledon?
Edited on Thu Jun-23-05 02:43 PM by shance
Some good matches so far.

Serena's been struggling abit to get through her first two matches.

Roddicks match against Bracchailli has been fun. Looks like Roddicks probably going to take it in three though.

1. I don't know,
It is really close right now (Roddick's match). I have missed a lot of it so far. What I have seen has been fun though.

2. Not I. But I used to love it back when Bjorn Borg played.
He was so incredible.

3. I'm predicting a semifinal exit for Tim Henman this year!
That wasn't hard. :)

6. They were talking about Henman earlier. Englands got their investment

"a-course". Did he lose?

Are there any other strong Brits? I thought there were a couple of guys.

13. Other strong Brits?
There's Greg Rusedski. Who's Canadian really. :) And he's not as good as Henman either. You get other one-time wonders who play a few good matches in one tournament and then you never hear about them again.

Sad thing is, despite Henman not being Wimbledon champion material, he's still by far the best we've had in years. At least he's been in there battling for it.

12. Controversial
Saying that outloud in most places round here would get you lynched - mainly by people who barely know the rules of tennis, and pay no attention to it for 50 week per year.

I have to agree with your prediction though. Plus, he'll do his best to bugger-up every single match on the way there.

9. Nope. But the Wimbledon crowd is behind Brachialli right now, so
it makes it a little more fun. Roddick's probably gonna take it but atleast they've gone to a fourth set.

Brachialli's having a good time out there(he's unseated), he's a good looking Italian so it spices things up a bit.

11. Wow. Nadal's down two sets right now to someone named Muller.
Talk about lively.

Nadal's matches are never boring.
