I wanted to lose a little weight
I had gotten into a rut of a couple nights a week regular drinking thing.
Now, not drinking has become like a reverse habit. I'm feeling like saying "no thanks" is increasingly arbitrary.

like a birthday, a wedding, treat yourself to one or two of something you like. Then go off it again. An occasion nip is fine. Everyday or regularly is not good.
