Poll question: What is your favorite "Dark Tower" book?
Now that the entire series has been released, I can finally ask: what is your favorite book of the "Dark Tower" series by Stephen King?

1. I love Blaine the train.
I like The Wastelands. I have to admit though that I don't have any of the ones after Wizards & Glass. My budget won't allow it yet, and I do emphasize "yet". I intend to eventually get all of them.

2. If practical, get the last three at the same time
The last three basically form one big uber-novel.

3. I quit reading
the last one because I don't want to finish the series! It will make me very sad because I have loved it since the beginning.

4. Precisely why I haven't bought
the last 3. I hate to know it's all over :(.

But... in almost every King book there is a reference or character that has to do with the Dark Tower series.... I've made a point to find all references in every King book I read, even if it means rereading a few times... good thing his books are all worth rereading as far as I'm concerned.. :7. Makes the reading far more interesting to me!

6. Me too!
I reread them and it is still fun! I love the references in this series. Just wait, there are more the farther you get in it. I actually think it is quite fun.

Every time I finish one of his books I get a melancholy because I feel like I know the characters. To me his stories are fun but his characters are amazing. The only books I did not like were the ones where I could not care about or like the characters. Only 2 that I can think of.

5. Then I think you'd like the last one.
I'll leave it at that.

7. I got about
half way through it and started to feel terrible, almost like it was a death because it has been such a long journey. I will finish it and read it all again and again most likely but for now, it sits gathering dust.
