I never bought the album. I tuned out after OK Computer.
(Couldn't resist the urge to create a Radiohead-themed copycat thread.)

1. "I used to be into her early songs, like 'Borderline'..." |
|
"...but when she got into her "Papa Don't Preach" phase, I tuned out."

3. Just hearing the first five notes of that record |
|
I knew I was going to be listening straight through to the end. Love that album.

5. It's one of the few recent albums that I've loved every track on. |
|
When I first got it I listened to it straight through twice.
That's rare.

7. Do you have Talk Talk's late period albums, Ron? |

Spirit of Eden and Laughing Stock are like a Kid A era Radiohead blueprint only ten plus years earlier. For a shitty Duran Duran clone, they sure turned into something interesting.

I loved OK Computer, too... but Kid A is just wonderful.

I had it on my iTunes, so I just burned a copy.
This was just supposed to be a copycat thread, I didn't wanna LEARN anything! :)
