Usasauruses
Usasauruses(us*ah*saw*rus*ez) - Plural form of Usasaurus.

Definition: If we (or us in this case) had not evolved from monkeys (or were created out of monkey DNA by God, aliens or both) and instead the dinosaurs had never gotten wiped out and eventually evolved into more humanoid/developed/civilized beings and thus our "souls" were in those dino-person bodies, we (us) would be Usasauruses.

3. Sleestaks!
We already know of troodon, a dinosaur that had evolved opposable thumbs, binocular vision, and had a brain-to-body mass greater than most of the mammals alive at the time. Unfortunately, this was about seventy million years ago, and God ended Her experiment by dropping a rock on them.

I highly recommend the Paleoworld episode that is occasionally rerun on the Science Channel. Besides illuminating this dinosaur oddity, it showcases a life-sized model of a theoretical intelligent dinosaur descendant. Without getting into tricky questions of migration of the soul, I can say that this is a sort of usasaurus.
